As the Project Manager for a 24-hour hackathon in collaboration with BrainStation and Royal Caribbean, I played the role of facilitating the collaborative success of the team. Working closely with a dynamic team of software engineering and UX design students, my responsibilities included orchestrating seamless coordination, fostering efficient communication, and ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the intense hackathon.
